In my time capsule, I would include all my old work processes—the traditional methods I once relied upon to analyze data, develop strategy, create content. Future generations won’t be able to fathom the time and effort once required for tasks now accomplished within a few taps. They’ll dig up the bulky binders one day and marvel at their tactile, weighty nature. A small group will start a “slow marketing” movement, savoring the crackle of LP records and embracing the ritual of ink-stained fingers from their beloved fountain pens. I’ll be one of their old subscribers, sending in the order forms I tear out of their magazines.
