Lead the change

Are you better at launching new campaigns or optimizing existing ones? If you err on the side of enjoying creating new things, you may thrive in higher education marketing where others fail.

EAB predicts that by 2030, 449 colleges will face at least a 25-percent decline in first-time, first-year enrollment, with 182 of those facing a decline of more than 50 percent. By 2035, these numbers are projected to increase to 524 and 227 respectively.

This data underscores the growing need for leaders who can navigate institutional turnarounds and transformations in the coming years.

If you’ve always gravitated towards the toughest challenges, the projects that seemed impossible, I’d hold onto that instinct.
